Your company was recommended to us by a friend of ours who has also had dealings with you. We had no idea what a mortgage broker did as we have not been in the mortgage arena for some 20 years.

When we rang to make an appointment we were instantly impressed with the friendly helpful staff on reception, you have good front line people with great communication skills, hang on to them. An appointment was made for us for a couple of days later with Greg. We arrived for our appointment and instantly felt comfortable and welcome; we felt that we had made a good decision so far. We received an absolute mountain of information, as I said before, we had no idea how to go about getting finance, the legals involved, the cost of all those little bits that all add up, no idea at all. You went through everything with us and showed us things on the computer that worked out mortgage repayments, interest rates, a whole range of things that we needed to know. We left the office on the first visit feeling that we had been given as much advice as we needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of our new property. We felt confident that we could afford this investment and that we were making a good decision and we felt he wasn’t just trying to drum up business, he was genuinely trying to give us the right advice. You kept in touch with us and was always available when we needed to ask just one more thing and he was always pleasant and helpful, he made our whole mortgage experience easy, it was perfect. On our second visit we knew we had made the right choice and were ready and armed with everything we needed to know to take the plunge. We are now the proud owners of a lovely property and feel we have done the right thing and thanks to you it was so easy, we will certainly recommend you to any of our friends that need to seek information on their financial needs.
